Delivery

We offer 'Shipping Included' on all small items to a UK postcode.

We use Royal Mail Tracked as the delivery option for small items - Royal Mail Tracked services have a delivery window of 1-3 days (see Royal Mail for further information) and we are unable to accept liability for late deliveries.

We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays. Orders received on these days will be processed on the next working day.

For larger items such as solar panels and batteries then we will use a courier service. For very large items then we will use a freight pallet service. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: If you have one of the following postcodes then there may be an additional postage charge, depending on the item that you have purchased and the service that we use - We will contact you if there are additional shipping fees to AB, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, BT, HS, ZE, IM, TR, FK. Please ask for a quote if you are unsure.

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days of your order confirmation. We aim to maintain high stock levels from our suppliers, however on occasions we may run short, and if there are delays you will be notified by telephone or email, at which time you will have the right to cancel your order.

Please Note: When using Royal Mail our shipping software only allows for Royal Mail delivery to UK postcodes that are not in the EU. If you place an order that has a destination address of the Channel Isles the order will be cancelled. We may look into arranging a courier other than Royal Mail to the Channel Islands for your order but you should contact us first as this would require a different billing structure.

 

As with the Channel Islands, we may consider arranging a courier other than the Royal Mail for your order to global overseas destinations, but again you should contact us first to obtain a quote.
