  • What are your opening hours?
    Monday to Friday, 10:00-16.30 We open on some Saturdays during the summer, please phone 01326 712041 to enquire
  • I live nearby, where are you located?"
    We are based in Penryn on the Praze industrial estate. Turn into the estate and turn left towards Booths Print. Drive through the gates at Booths and turn right. We are located in the unit on the end of the building. Customer parking is available here.
  • If I visit, do you accept cash?"
    Our preference is to use a contactless card machine, or bank transfer. Cash can be accepted but we do not keep change on site so you must have the exact money.
  • Do you offer a fitting and installation service for the products that you sell?
    Unfortunately we do not offer an installation service - you should seek the advice of a qualified engineer when undertaking a refit. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur when fitting a product, and you should carry out your own research prior to undertaking DIY projects.
  • Do you offer a guarantee on your products?
    Our products have a 12 month guarantee from the date of purchase.
  • Are you VAT registered?
    Yes, our VAT number is 345 9859 44
  • Do you accept returns?
    Returns are accepted - The buyer pays for return postage and it must be received in the same saleable condition as when it was sent out.
  • What happens if I receive an item that is not as described?
    You must prove the claim with photos, showing our packaging and/or invoice with the item in the photo.
