We are based in Penryn on the Praze industrial estate. Turn into the estate and turn left towards Booths Print. Drive through the gates at Booths and turn right. We are located in the unit on the end of the building. Customer parking is available here.

Our preference is to use a contactless card machine, or bank transfer. Cash can be accepted but we do not keep change on site so you must have the exact money.

Unfortunately we do not offer an installation service - you should seek the advice of a qualified engineer when undertaking a refit. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur when fitting a product, and you should carry out your own research prior to undertaking DIY projects.

Our products have a 12 month guarantee from the date of purchase.

Returns are accepted - The buyer pays for return postage and it must be received in the same saleable condition as when it was sent out.

You must prove the claim with photos, showing our packaging and/or invoice with the item in the photo.
