Our Plastics Policy

We are trying to reduce our plastic waste. With regards to posting online orders - we never use poly mailing bags for the outer packaging; we only post items using card boxes. If we receive products from a supplier that are already in plastic bags then we leave them as is. If we receive products that need to be bagged in house then we use paper bags. We never use polystyrene and where possible we use recycled card as padding.
