This has an inbuilt dimmer function - Touch and hold the rear of light to increase light brightness, touch and hold to decrease light brightness and release finger at desired light level. Touch once quickly to turn lights on or off
 
It also has one inbuilt USB-C port, positioned on the side of the base
 
This works as a downlight/reading light, or a wall light
 
It has a rubberised silicone finish and it has a flexible neck
