ITEM DESCRIPTION
Mini Control Panel
This control panel provides a convenient and straightforward solution for managing AUTOTERM Air & Flow heaters. Designed with a single rotary knob and a small screen, this user-friendly panel allows to adjust settings effortlessly.
WORK MODES WITH AIR SERIES
The work modes change, depending on whether an External Temperature Sensor (HE5.05) is connected to the heater
WITHOUT TEMPERATURE SENSOR
By default, without adding a temperature sensor, the heater will work in Power & Ventilation Mode.
POWER MODE
The heater will operate constantly at a set power level
VENTILATION MODE
Ensures efficient air circulation without activating the heating function
TEMPERATURE SENSOR CONNECTED
When adding the sensor, it will work in Temperature & Heat + Ventilation and Ventilation Mode.
TEMPERATURE MODE
The heater will maintain a set temperature by reducing the heating power. When the temperature is above the setpoint, combustion will switch off.
HEAT + VENTILATION
The heater runs until the temperature reaches 1°C above the set point, then shuts off and ventilates until it drops 2°C below, before resuming to heat.
VENTILATION MODE
Ensures efficient air circulation without activating the heating function.
WORKMODES WITH FLOW SERIES
Mini Control allows setting two different work modes for Flow Series heaters.
PRE-HEATING MODE
The heater runs for 30 minutes to 8 hours and then shuts off.
AUXILIARY MODE
The heater starts together with the vehicle's engine to help reach and maintain optimal working temperature. (For Flow 14D, this function works only with v2 models that have serial numbers starting with 6834, 6858, or newer).
Mini Control SPECIFICATION
Power mode (If the external sensor is not connected)
Designed for quickest possible heating of the space;
The heater operates continuously at a set power.
Temperature mode (If the external sensor is connected)
Heat output decreases as the difference between the desired temperature and the temperature in the space decreases.
* The temperature mode for Air 2D 12/24V and 4D 12/24V heaters in the 6355, 6350, 6260, and 6265 series versions have a new algorithm. In this mode, the heater acts normally by lowering power when it gets near the set temperature. However, if it goes past the temperature setpoint, the heater will turn off and wait until the temperature drops by 3 degrees below temperature setpoint before starting again
Ventilation mode
Designed for air circulation in the space.
Ventilation during heating - function (If the external sensor is connected)
Designed to maintain the required temperature in the space;
After the required temperature is reached, the space heating is stopped and space air circulation is performed;
Controls the space temperature; if the temperature drops below the set point, the heater will start in Ventilation mode.
