These are Dimatec lights from the specialist Italian deign company that produce low energy low wattage lighting. Dimatec lights are used by many high-end coachbuilders and are frequently used in motorhome re-build and conversion projects
 
Chrome Dimatec 12v LED spotlight
 
This has 18 LEDs with 1.2w output
 
It has spring clips on the rear to hold it in place
 
These produce a warm white light
